The Tidal Moss Vase

I made this vase with a rounded belly, narrow neck, and softly flared rim. The glaze moves through sea green, blue, and earthy tones, with a feel that sits somewhere between moss, water, and weathered shore.

It works well for flowers, dried grasses, or as a quiet piece on its own. The form is simple and useful, while the glaze gives it movement and depth.

This is handmade stoneware, made one piece at a time in my Newfoundland studio.
