A compact rounded wheel-thrown stoneware mug made at Hatchet Cove Pottery in Newfoundland. Enamel White provides the base inside and out, with Blue Rutile at the rim adding a concentrated band of colour.

Made with Plainsman M340 stoneware. Approximately 3¾ in high with a 3⅝ in body diameter.

Each mug is handmade, so subtle variations in throwing lines, handle shape and glaze surface are part of its individual character.
