Fire and Ice Plate

Some days the sea is calm enough to mirror the sky. Other days it dances with light.

This handmade stoneware plate is carved by hand with layers of overlapping blossoms before being finished in a rich cobalt blue glaze. The glaze settles into every line, creating depth that shifts as the light moves across the surface.

Perfect for serving pastries, cheese, desserts, or simply displayed where its colour can be enjoyed every day.

Every piece is made by hand in my Newfoundland studio overlooking Random Sound. No two are ever exactly alike.
